Refund Policy
Digital products
Our products (such as the LEADR plugin) are digital downloads delivered instantly. By purchasing and downloading, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and the product is made available to you right away. Purchases are sold by our merchant of record, Moonbase, which processes payments and issues any approved refunds.
When we offer refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you run into a technical problem, reach out first, we'll do our best to get it working. If we can't resolve a genuine technical fault that prevents you from using the product, we'll offer a refund. We generally can't refund simply for change of mind once a product has been downloaded, since digital goods can't be returned.
How to request a refund
Email support@tuffnerds.net with your order details and a short description of the issue, and we'll help. As Moonbase is our merchant of record, an approved refund is issued through Moonbase to your original payment method. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Your statutory rights
Consumer protection laws differ by country, and some give you additional rights for digital purchases. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
